When you request the From Passive to Predictive framework, you share your name and email address with me. I use that to send you the guide and occasional updates on first-party data strategy. I do not sell your data. I do not share it with anyone except the email service I use to send you things. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

When you fill in the form on this site, I collect your first name, last name, and email address. That is it. I do not collect payment information, device data beyond standard server logs, or any sensitive personal data.

- 2.To send you occasional updates on first-party data strategy. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any email I send.
